All major Credit/Debit Cards or Paypal account are all acceptable methods of payment.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
2.1 Course Fee in Full enrolment on your online training course is not confirmed until full amount of the course fee has been received in full by Cabin Crew Diploma. Cabin Crew Diploma reserves the right to decline bookings without explanation.
2.2 Course Fee by Installments - enrolment on your online training course is not confirmed until the first installment of the course fee has been received by Cabin Crew Diploma. Your diploma will only be issued on receipt of your third installment payment.
3. DELIVERY OF YOUR DIPLOMA
Your diploma will be posted to the address given under your personal details section of your course. It is your responsibility to ensure this address is correct and up to date. Diplomas will be posted first class in an A4 hard back envelope.
4. FINAL EXAM
You will need to achieve a pass mark of 85% or more to pass your course and receive your diploma. You will have the option to re-take your final exam and a fee of £25 is payable.
You may cancel your registration to your Cabin Crew Diploma Course for which you have enrolled as long as your cancellation has been received within 1 week of payment received and be fully refunded all course fees paid to date. A cancellation cannot be processed if any modules have been submitted to Cabin Crew Diploma.
All cancellations must be received in writing including email, and receipt of request confirmed by Cabin Crew Diploma.
We accept no responsibility whatsoever, and no compensation or any other payment will be made, if any cancellation to the terms of the booking becomes necessary due to war, or threat of war, dots, civil unrest, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions, technical problems with transportation, closure of airports, or any other events beyond our control.
6. CHANGES TO PERSONAL DETAILS
It is your responsibility to ensure that all personal details held by Cabin Crew Diploma are correct and up to date. Cabin Crew Diploma will not be liable for any errors due to incorrect personal information. Confirmation of your personal details can be found within your online training.
7. SERVICES GENERALLY
7.1. Career In Travel shall be entitled at anytime without notifying the candidate to make changes to the Services which are necessary to comply with any applicable security or other statutory requirements and shall determine the manner in which the Services are provided.
7.2. Any intellectual property, ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques developed by Cabin Crew Diploma or obtained during the execution of the Services will be owned exclusively by Cabin Crew Diploma.
7.3. Cabin Crew Diploma shall not be responsible for any failure to provide the services, or unavailability of the Site, as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8.1.Cabin Crew Diploma is acting not as an employment agency or employment business, but as a conduit for information relating to vacancies between employers and potential employees.
8.2. Cabin Crew Diploma gives no warranty or representation, expressed or implied, in respect of any application made to an airline and accept no liability for any failure of an applicant to find employment as cabin crew.
